Common subject matter

<Introduction>

Please present the owner's identity verification documents (driver's license, etc.) when using for the first time.

In order to prevent illness infection, we will check the vaccination certificate for pets within one year, the tag for dogs and the rabies vaccination certificate.

Please bring the original or a copy at the time of the pre-meeting.

You will be asked to sign and seal the consent form when you apply for use. Please bring your seal.

Before using the pet, we will take the time to ask about the pet's personality, how to spend it normally, and the owner's request, and we will register the pet information. Information registration fee will be charged.

<About usage charges>

 

As a general rule, the usage fee is fully prepaid. Cards cannot be used.

(When using a pet hotel or sitting service)

Please pay in cash at the time of the pre-interview or transfer to the designated account at least 7 days before use. Please bear the transfer fee.

A tentative reservation will be made for 7 days from the application for use, and the reservation will be officially made upon payment.

If payment is not made by the due date, it may be treated as cancellation.

In the normal period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged from 18:00 5 days before use.

Cancellations made after 18:00 the day before will be charged 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation in high season is 20% of the total amount from 14 days before use

We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount from 7 days in advance.

For reservations made 2 months or earlier in the high season, a 1 night reservation fee will be charged.

Even if the usage is canceled, the information registration fee will not be refunded.

Please pay in cash on the day of use.

 

 

 

<Emergency response>

If your pet feels sick or injured during use, please contact the owner for instructions.

If we cannot contact you or if there is an urgent need, we will give priority to transportation to a nearby veterinary hospital and follow the judgment and instructions of the veterinarian.

The owner is responsible for the cost of treatment.

 

 

<Disclaimer>

 

We will do our utmost to treat and keep your pet, but in the unlikely event that your pet is sick, dead, escaped, stolen, accidentally accidentally, or caused an accident due to a natural disaster, etc. We cannot accept requests for compensation.

We will not be liable for indigestion due to stress caused by changes in the environment during use, poor physical condition such as loss of appetite, or poor physical condition after returning home.

Our shop is covered by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd.'s Liability Insurance for All Japan Animal Specialized Education Association members <Trustee Liability Insurance / Facility Owner (Management) Liability Insurance>.

Injuries and fatal accidents caused by our negligence during the treatment and accidents that occur to our partner will be covered within the scope of insurance coverage.

 

 

<Important matters>

Please note that in the unlikely event that damage is caused to another partner or human being, such as the spread or spread of an infectious disease or a bite accident due to information that is not true, compensation for damages will be made. increase.

As a result of providing this service based on information that is different from the truth, our shop shall not be liable for any deterioration or death of the partner who entrusted us.

If you do not pick up your dog for 3 days after the period of custody, we will consider that you have abandoned your dog and will report it as a violation of Article 44, Paragraph 3 of the "Act on Welfare and Management of Animals".

Homestay / Temporary custody

<Conditions for dogs that can be kept 🐶>

🐾 Small size (height less than 35 cm, weight less than 9 kg) that usually lives indoors

Medium-sized dog (height less than 40 cm, weight less than 13 kg)

* Circle stay is possible, and the gate of the room (70 cm high) and the entrance gate (90 cm high)

Limited to those who do not jump over.

* Please wear a manner belt for uncastrated men.

* Please be sure to attach a tag and a rabies injection voucher to your dog.

🐾 DPT vaccinated dog (generally within 1 year)

* Please present your vaccinated certificate.

* Antibody test results and vaccination deferment certificate issued by the hospital are also acceptable

If unvaccinated, the risk of contracting an infectious disease increases

Please understand and submit the consent form regarding non-vaccination.

* Immediately before you plan to use the vaccination, your physical condition may change suddenly during your stay.

Please avoid it. Please inoculate in advance or after use.

🐾 Heartworm, fleas, tick extermination, prevented dogs

Please shampoo before use (within 2 weeks).

* If fleas and ticks are found during use, shampoo and front line

We will take measures such as extermination. The cost incurred at that time will be borne by the owner

We will bill you at a later date.

🐾 The dog who submitted the consent form in the senior period, who needs long-term care

Please report any illness or injury during your outpatient treatment or continuous treatment.

Due to changes in the environment, the reported illness or injury may worsen, and serious illness may occur.

Please use it after understanding the possibility of causing it.

Please note that we may refuse or cancel the use if we judge that it is not appropriate.

 

 

<Custody time>

 

Business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM. Please check in and check out during business hours.

* Only for one night, after 24 hours from check-in, until 18:00, 1.5 nights for dogs

The fee will be applied, and in the case of cats, an extension fee will be charged according to the day use.

Please note that the difference will not be refunded even within 24 hours per night.

For stays of 2 nights or more, there is no extension fee for pick-up at any time during business hours.

Depending on the time of your return, an overtime surcharge will be charged.

Please let us know the estimated pick-up time when you make a reservation.

Please be sure to call us when changing the scheduled time.

Please be sure to apply in advance for the pick-up time after hours (8 am to 9 am, after 22:00 pm). * There will be an overtime surcharge.

Please refrain from keeping and picking up from 22:00 pm to 8:00 am.

We will not be able to keep your luggage during the busy season (GW, summer, year-end and New Year holidays).

 

 

<What to bring>

In the case of canned food or retort pouch, please attach a memo of the amount of feeding at one time.

For delicate dishes that you do not eat when the tableware changes, please bring your usual rice tableware.

If you have any supplements or snacks that you take all the time, please bring them with you.

Please wear a collar * tag and a rabies injection voucher.

If you have a torso (harness), please bring it with you.

For your safety, we will take a double reed for a walk.

Items that have been used for more than a year may come off the neck due to breakage or slack, causing escape.

Please install something that is not very old.

Please bring those who have a habit of marking and those who have not completed toilet training.

If you cannot subdivide each meal, please attach a memo of the amount of each meal.

If you have any supplements or snacks that you take all the time, please bring them with you.

・ Cat's favorite items such as beds, blankets, and toys

<Others>

 

🐶 Dog 🐶

We will take care not to quarrel between dogs, but please note that due to free storage, there is a possibility of injury or bite injury due to play or play between dogs.

Please note that there is time to stay in the cage and crate for the safety of the dog when the caretaker's eyes are taken away from other children's walks and while sleeping.

If you have not completed toilet training or have a marking habit, please wear a manner belt or manner pants.

* Please be sure to wear a manner belt for uncastrated men.

If you have a rough phase on something that cannot be washed, we will charge a cleaning fee.

For long-term use, please trim or shampoo and clean once a month.

The walk is basically twice per night. In stormy weather, exercise using your head and body indoors.

Day use does not include a walk.

If you need to take a walk in the morning of the day of deposit, the afternoon of the day of pick-up, or during day use, a separate walk fee will be charged.

🐱 Cat 🐱

We visit the Nyanko room every two hours to check the cat's appearance and clean the toilet.

I will communicate with the cat after it comes closer to me, and when I am hiding, I will watch the situation.

If the wall or furniture is significantly damaged by the nails, we will charge a repair fee.

If spraying or marking is frequently seen, we may charge a cleaning fee. note that.
