If you are new to sitting or if the content of your care is different from the previous one, you will need to have a meeting, so we will have a meeting in advance.

We will also ask you about your desired date at this time.

If you are satisfied with the contents, we will sign a contract (agreement) regarding pet sitters.

Items required for contract

・ Mixed vaccination certificate / Rabies vaccination certificate (dogs only)  

* Please contact us if there is a reason why you cannot inoculate due to old age or illness.

・ Medical examination ticket for your veterinary hospital

・ A seal such as a driver's license to verify the owner's identity

・ Master key

・ Initial medical record creation fee and sitting usage fee (including transportation fee at the time of sitting)

As a general rule, the fee is fully prepaid. Or pay in cash at the time of your contract, you have to wish you a transfer money to designated account within one week after your contract. (Even if the usage is canceled, the information registration fee will not be refunded.)

Your request will be confirmed when you make the payment.

If payment is not made by the due date, it may be treated as cancellation . Please note that card payment is not supported.

We will keep your home key.
At this time, we will issue a "certificate of deposit" for the key.

For the second and subsequent users

About reservations and inquiries

✱ Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays are very crowded.
Reservations are made in the order in which they were received, so please make a reservation as soon as possible.

✱ For cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged from the day before 3 days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

✱ We do not accept sitting every other day.
(If there is a visit from an acquaintance during that time, we may be able to accept it.)

About the meeting

✱ We also accept registration-only meetings in case of an emergency.

✱ Please adjust the schedule so that the pre-meeting can be held at least one week in advance.

✱ Requests without a meeting will be refused.

✱ If you have a considerable number of days before the care date, you can set the receipt of the master key separately.

About sitting

✱ Please prepare homemade food in advance. (Frozen or another food)
We do not use fire at all. (Available: microwave oven / electric kettle)

✱ Please prepare a large amount of food in advance.
(Because it may be extended if you cannot return home due to traffic conditions etc.)

✱ All items used for sitting will be borrowed, so please prepare before departure.

✱ No entry is allowed outside the designated room or location.
